Wilderlands

Wilderlands has developed a nature-based credit system that enables conservation-minded individuals and businesses to provide direct support to biodiversity via the purchase of Biological Diversity Units (BDUs) which each represent 1 square metre (1m x 1m) of high conservation value land.

Each unit is registered spatially (georeferenced), covers the permanent legal protection/reservation of the land and funds 20 years of tangible conservation management works.
